you only have to make up, at most, 24 credits (+ the annual requirement) in 12 months. that's essentially 3 day long events. so, if you're out of state for more than 2 years it's totally worth it. it's super worth it if you, like me, never plan on moving back to pa to practice.

6(e) Upon return to active status from non-resident active, the lawyer will have twelve (12) months to complete the deferred CLE requirements, not to exceed two (2) times the current annual CLE requirement, in addition to the CLE credits required for the current year.
