 My company does 401k matching up to 5%. I was thinking of changing my contributions one of 2 ways:
- 5% per-tax into 401k and 5% post tax into my own Roth IRA
- same as above, only investing the other 5% in a Roth 401k.

Thoughts and/ or suggestions?
