heaves, try not to shoot anyone in the face while duck hunting... and if you do happen to shoot someone, make sure to get them to apologize to you, a la slick dick cheney.

i echo joe's sentiments, german work sounds epic. my work has gone up, up, up (as it always does this time of year). the euros seemingly have their priorities in line.

heaves, i am working on caruso to see if she will agree to a trip to eye-r-land in 2013. it's not germany but it's at least on the right side of the ocean. sounds like an ideal vacation destination for ex-pats stuck in germany.

not much else new from me. we had our department year end meeting where we found out our head of ip promoted herself (again - this is her 3rd promotion in 2 years). apparently her group is the only function within legal that can hire and promote anyone. this is really starting to piss me off. may soon be time to start looking around a bit, maybe in the new year.
