Kate was traveling with her boss and they visited their pilot sites for new software rolling out. Kate won't be able to/authorized to travel on her own until she gets more training (via webinars,etc.). Knowing the company, it will take them a month to get her where she needs to be. She expects to go on more frequent smaller trips (2-3 days out and then back), not like the 3 week montage she just had. We're not sure how frequent but her job description said up to 75% travel. I will eventually start meeting her at the more interesting places and parlay that into a long weekend. I have to use those 30 vacation days somehow!
