The IPad app that you want to get is "It's Playing" - This app will allow you to view videos that are pretty much any format (avi, mpg, mkv, etc) without having to convert it to an .mp4 file. On a side note, if you guys ever want to convert a song on youtube to mp3, try out http://www.makeitmp3.com/. Again, can't guarantee that it is virus free, but it has worked for me before...
