Have any of you guys used Quicken loans or knows someone that has? Are they good to deal with or is it a nightmare.

They difference between them and Citi, whom I currently have a mortgage with, was not that big (cost difference would be about $500 more with Citi, but I would get a 4.125% rate vs Quickens 4.25% rate - Not really that big of a difference) and I don't mind paying a little more so that I am dealing with a reputable firm that minimizes my hassle (in Case Quicken was not).
