so my weekend consisted of digging, shoveling, and moving heavy loads (hehe) in stupendously hot conditions. i really launched into my patio project on thursday (when it was just hot, not balls hot) and haven't stopped since this morning. lukey, bok, and tripp came by on saturday to help out, although some were more helpful than others. lukey and tripp both showed up with the rising sun and, like the seven dwarves, whistled while they worked. bok, on the other hand, trundeled in around noon wearing nice shorts and flip flops. fail. seriously though, the help was greatly appreciated and your rewards will be forthcoming. by the end of the day yesterday, caruso's uncle and i had completed a good part of the patio (http://goo.gl/7vkGp, http://goo.gl/bejvL). we stopped only because we ran out of sand and stones. hopefully we can close this out in the next few days.
