Subject: Speaking of houses

I am attempting to refinance my house as soon as I move back into it in June, and wanted to see if this sounded reasonable:

TD Bank - 3.87%, 0 points, $618 bank fee + titles, and other legal fees.

I am still shopping, and this is the first rate I received. However, I wanted to see if any of you have refinanced recently and have an idea of legal costs, etc. What is reasonable nowadays? I want 0 points and minimal closing costs.

Any help would be appreciated.
