That's a solid rate, Vic; thank you for the info! I am actually torn between getting a 15 year mortgage vs a 30 year, as my house will basically be a rental property moving forward, barring anything catastrophic in my life. I am only moving in there for a few months to refi then I will be moving in NJ. While the answer might sound obvious, I am reaping tax benefits from it every year. If anyone knows of anybody that might have done something like this or has any idea, feel free to share.
