Vic, my humble opinion on Facebook is that it is a solid long-term investment, given what I have read on the management core, as well as Zuckerberg. Mark has solid mentors and allies, including Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer, and Peter Thiel. Additionally, his management staff include individuals such as Sheryl Sandberg (Google), who have solid experience dealing with the very things Facebook is worried about not capitalizing on. He has GOVERNMENTS that use him to provide influence on elections, legislation, etc., by helping them communicate to their people.

The people Zuck is tied to, along with the constant innovation that he and his group practices (hack-a-thons, etc.), I think, in my opinion, that this is a solid company that has a bright and lucrative future ahead of it, and could possibly get as high as triple digits in the stock a few years from now.

I am not going to listen to the speculators, and I know for a fact that Morgan Stanley's actions, along with the snafu that NASDAQ pulled, had an impact on the IPO.

Honestly, we can go back and forth on this, but I like FB in my opinion, and I think it will be able to perform well in the mobile market. The fundamentals are there in my opinion, and I think it is a solid long term investment.
