Subject: "stepping stone" job

As far as a stepping stone goes the whole A10 is like in between league, on one hand the coaches do get paid more than MAAC coaches, but nowhere near what the big conference coaches can pocket.Half the A10 is a stepping stone when you think of it, Calipari at Umass, Prosser at Xavier, and it seems Purnell looks at a job every year, also have Hahn and Hobbs at LaSalle and GW who will get out of town as soon as they get a better offer. Of course in the A10 since the pay scale is slightly higher you get coaches on the way down too, coaches like Penders at GW, VBK at SBU and the most famous A10 backward mobile coach of all Boob Hill of Fordham
