Dalamar smiled inside as his attack struck home. But, the rejoiceing was short-lived, because a second later he found himself on the defensive side. His sword flicked up and down, side to side as he parried and blocked the oncoming attacks. This match was very even. His footing stayed sure through the attack. A warm sensation of excitement spread through his body, as his heart beat out a sort of pattern, a pattern that seemed to him to change with the tempo of the duel. His excitemnet grew, until he felt like throwing down his sword and yelling for the sheer pleasure of it. He didn't though. He was having too much fun. At the end of the assault, he spun away, bring the sword around at her ankles and sweeping upward toword neck height. He felt the tiny sting of the blade piercing his side as he spun, but he shrugged it off, following his attack with a double thrust.
