Well, I dealt with a company that sells the generators. They scheduled the installation and the electrical work. Went off without any problems and was done within a couple of weeks. They even scheduled the inspector from town after the work was completed. Could not have been easier.
However, I went thru Home Depot to replace exterior doors.
They handled all the contractor work and was not too bad. There were some leftover material that I had to return to Home Depot. They would not put the refund on my credit card but gave me an instore credit. I eventually used all the credit. Bob, check your local sales for generators.
