My feeling regarding "ending it" is the thought that it will never have an ending. S8 will end open for another movie, the next movie will be open for another movie, etc. Either it drags out or it tanks and further sequels are cancelled and we never have a true ending. Thats my worry. Then, maybe a TV reunion in 15 years when we are nostalgic for the 90s. Boy will that be lame, GA & DD in thier 50s, grasping at old glories perhaps?

DD is a prima donna! Oh boo hoo. Can't work on the show full time, takes too much time away from making crap like "Return to Me" & being a star. Gee, the rest of us have to work all year long. If I was in that position, I'd be hanging on for all its worth. They moved the freakin' show to LA just so you can be at home after the shooting. He'll be happy to show at X-Philes conventions in 5 years, Shatner ring a bell Dave?
