Harm and the Admiral must rescue Chegwidden's daughter Francesca ("The Stalker") from the Mafia while preventing the sale of stolen Navy missiles to Iran.

From the episode:

Adm. Chegwidden: Humor me, Chief. I like to blow the hell out something every once in a while.
Gunnery Chief: I know what you mean, sir.

Gunnery Chief: [after Rabb requests some ammo] That's a lot of firepower for a lawyer.
Adm. Albert Jethro 'A.J.' Chegwidden: You've never seen him in the court room.
