We pause today to salute all the victims of the terrorist attacks 10 years ago today, as well as the brave men and women in the armed forces of the United States and our allies who have died fighting terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan.

- Most of who were to be the founding members of the HB were posters at Maeves, all waiting for the season opener, Adrift 2. Everyone came together on that terrible day. Maeve herself, was one of the emergency workers in NY. What an unbearable tragedy. As well as the brave forces from the US, UK, Canada, and many other countries, we can't forget the firefighters, and the steel workers whose dreadful, dangerous, and depressing job was to work through every piece of the mountains of body parts, cement and steel, for so many months. - I will never forget that day, the memorials I've seen have been profoundly moving. It doesnt matter how many times I see it and its been all over this weekend. When I see those towers fall, it is almost physically painful for me. So many lives snuffed out, and all they did that morning was go to work, like millions of other Americans that morning. Video Clip Discussion - "Kiss Me, Harm" -- Araninda, 23:31:56 09/06/11 Tue
We will soon be wrapping up this video clip theme "Kiss Me, Harm", in which we are discussing Harm's romantic kisses. But we still have some great lip locks yet to go, beginning with today's video clip.

Today's clip is from Season 6's unforgettable episode "Lifeline". The episode was also HAE's directorial debut. The setting is Mac and Mic's engagement party at Admiral Chegwidden's house, where the entire staff and their guests have gathered. When Harm slips out to the front porch to wait for Renee, Mac follows and throughout the evening they return to the porch to reminisce about their relationship over the years. The clip is the ending of the last porch scene and it is just over a minute in length.

On our Harm-o-meter scale of 0 to 5, with 5 being a wild forest fire, how hot was the romance in this scene?

When this episode first aired, some nonshipper fans said that neither Harm or Mac's declarations had anything to do with the kiss -- that the "someone" Harm was talking about was Mic and that Mac was telling Harm that Renee loved him. Do you agree or disagree?

What should have happened at the end of this episode? Was walking back inside and continuing on as if nothing happened the right thing for them to do?

- Mac and Mic should have broken up at the end of the episode. It was obvious to "shipper" me that Mac was not in love with Mic and there was something with Harm, even if he wasn't ready to say the words. It should not have progressed to the rehearsal dinner. But then again I am a shipper and I remember saying to myself "why didn't I tape that episode". I really thought the direction of the show was going to change after that episode. Silly me! - Thinking back, what they did was really risky. H&M spending all that time "alone" at M&M's engagement party. If something like that happened in the real world, someone would go out and gently reel them back in. - On the hotness scale, I'm going to give it a five. I've always thought that it was very full of passion, or maybe desperation is a better word. I'm split when it comes to the meaning of the 'love you' phrases. I think that Harm was talking about himself always loving Mac, but I think that Mac was talking about Renee loving Harm. - Okay, its a FIVE on the Harm-o-meter Hotness scale. It was very sexy, but the looks they shared, before and immediately after were also, super, super smoldering. I dont think I have a problem, with them going back inside and trying to go on, BUT when their hands touched and the looks on their faces, they both should have gone home and had some serious talks with their significant others. They told each other, over and over again on that porch that they loved each other, in all kinds of ways, they should have gone home, ended it as honestly as possible and hopefully have gone on from there. - I answered above before I'm answering this. Scene is a five rating because the dialog is smoking! Harm's looks and his voice are clearly a man in love. Yes, Mac should have ended it with Mic, but Mac wasn't ready. Mac wanted the "good guy", the kid and the comfortable shoes. She wouldn't have gotten that from Mic, but she still didn't know that. - It was a hot 5 on the Harm-o-licious kissing meter. I too think they were talking about loving each other. Rather than Mac saying they were getting too good at saying goodbye, she should have said something about them getting too good at this dance. The points about their respective parents' influence on their abilities to get into serious relationships is very valid. The hand holding scene told volumes. This is the fourth video clip of our theme "Kiss Me, Harm" in which we are discussing Harm's kisses and other romantic moments in which he communicated very well with women.

Today's clip is from Season 4's "Mr. Rabb Goes to Washington." A reporter airs a story about American soldiers using a deadly gas to kill three American engineers working for the Iraqis. Rep. Bobbi Latham holds hearings to determine the validity of the charge and has Harm assigned as her temporary aide. Mic Brumby joins the JAG team in this episode and Mac's estranged husband, Chris Ragle, appears.

This clip picks up midway through the scene which up until this point has been a discussion of the hearings. Harm and Bobbi Latham have just finished dinner in his apartment and are sitting on the sofa having drinks. The clip is about 30 seconds.

Years ago when we debated Harm and Bobbi's relationship, two viewpoints were formed on whether or not they had sex that night in Harm's apartment. There is the HABDDII (Harm and Bobbie Did Do it Island) and the HABNDII (Harm and Bobbie Never Did It Island). On which island are you?

This is the third video clip of our theme "Kiss Me, Harm" in which we are discussing Harm's kisses and other romantic moments in which he communicated very well with women.

Today's clip is from Season 6's "Florida Straits". This episode is perhaps most famous for the INS lady drooling over Harm and saying she was "too old, too short, too married." In this scene, Harm has recently returned from Russia where he learned he had a half brother, Sergei, and he's ready for a fun evening with Renee. The clip is about a minute and a half long.

This is the second video clip of our theme "Kiss Me, Harm" in which we will discuss Harm's kisses and other romantic moments in which he communicated very well with women.

Today's clip is from Season 7's "Answered Prayers." Harm finds himself saddled with responsibility for a larcenous young female petty officer, Jennifer Coates, over the Christmas break because the brig is closed for the holidays. Adding to Harm's holiday woes are several puzzling cell phone calls from Clayton Webb and the apparent theft of the Corvette he was rebuilding.

As the scene in this clip begins, the JAG crew is exiting the Roberts' apartment for a Christmas Eve service. Harm is preparing to leave as well when Mac enters the room. This is a short clip, but an interesting one -- watch for Harm's facial expressions.

It was an Emergency, a Navy Code Blue . . . -- usmgrad, season two, 20:53:17 08/21/11 Sun
. . . Harm was missing. He failed to make the debut with the others, there was a pretender and profiler, some Cowboys & Cossacks, a preacher and even Ghosts, but no Harm. A committee was formed, a Trinity, ready for a Full Engagement if it came to it. Their's was not going to be a Washington Holiday.

Arriving by separate flights, there was a prearranged Rendezvous across the street from Harm's Eighth street apartment. Each arrived with the stealth of a Force Recon being careful there was no Crossing the Line between fan and stalker. The building was the same, however Harm, it was discovered, had moved. One neighbor said the apartment had a Jinx, another neighbor was sure he left because no one cared but was sure his new station was a charming bachelor suite. Neither knew the day or time of the move, only that he was gone.

The Game of Go was on, the trio had exactly two days to find the object of their desire. The city of We the People was turned upside down. Every corner was searched, no stone left unturned, all the city's Secrets were exposed.(Well not really but it sounded good). Finally he was spotted, coming from the White House, he entered a limo that was headed north toward Union Station. Also in the limo were an Admiral, an Ensign and a very pretty Marine Major.

The trio, satisfied The Guardian of their hearts had been found, were able to return home Heroes. Harm was alive and well, with new friends, co-workers and many more adventures to share. The trip had been a short one, but the out come was well worth the wait.

For our first video discussion theme we focused on Harm�s difficulty in communicating with women. Now we turn in the opposite direction and focus on times when Harm communicated very well with women. Our theme is: �Kiss Me, Harm.��� For the next couple of weeks we will be viewing and comparing Harm�s kisses and other romantic moments during the series.

Today�s clip is from Season 3�s �Someone to Watch Over Annie�. Annie Pendry, the widow of Harm�s good friend Luke Pendry, comes to Harm for help after her young son, Josh, witnesses a murder while on a class trip to Andrews Air Force Base. After Harm and Josh are the targets of a drive-by shooting, Harm moves Josh and Annie into his apartment -- and into his life.

The scene in the clip is the second night that Annie and Josh stay at Harm�s apartment. Josh has just been tucked into Harm�s bed for the night. Harm is making himself a bed on the sofa. I realize there is a sizzling scene the next morning with a bare-chested Harm, but that isn�t in this clip. Stay tuned for a future theme on that!

A pilot. The very essence of Ares, god of war, while flying his beloved F14s he was forced to leave The Brotherhood and the familiar War Cries. Thankfully not due to Pilot Error, but rather a night landing mishap,
the results of which not all were Survivors. They said it was a Sightings problem, night vision in particular. While it did not affect him on his personal Black Ops (late night 'maneuvers' with members of the opposite sex)
it reared its ugly head that fateful night in the dark cockpit of his F-14. A career change was in order. Harm took the High Ground, not ready to leave the Navy, he elected to change his designator. Our hero in the making endured a "Boot" camp of his new profession (law school) and was now the junior member at JAG headquarters.

Harm's days were filled with Defensive Action and prosecution procedures. There were investigations, like a Brig Break or getting a statement from The Prisoner. He was already a force to be reckoned with in court, proud of the fact he had yet to be Smoked in the court room. He always managed a slick Recovery when things looked bleak. His investigations had taken him into the depths of the ocean to stop a torpedo named Shadow, to Iran and an encounter with a spy named Scimitar and into international intrigue with an assassin named Hemlock. But his most challenging time was a personal battle with Deja Vu and the wife of the Thai ambassador.

Now after a year, Harm wasn't sure about his future. His investigation of Diane's murder had not been his best. Harm knew someone on the Skeleton Crew was guilty, unfortunately few if any saw it. Harm was lucky his call sign wasn't being changed to "Desert Son" or "Ice king". Somehow he knew this assignment at Jag was going to last a long time. But for now Harm was in limbo, waiting for the time and place of his return.
