Subject: Throwback Thursday

People vs Mac first shown on November 17, 1998 was directed by Tony Wharmby and written by Larry Moskowitz.

Synopsis:
Chris is found dead, Harm (representing Mac) and Mic (representing Mac's mentor and lover, Lt. Colonel John Farrow) clash when Mic's defense strategy places the blame on Mac. Farrow claims he deliberately killed Chris, while Mac claims that she killed Chris. Chris' bookie testifies that Mac accidentally killed Chris when he pulled a gun on her. Cmdr. Lindsey leads the military's prosecution and permanently alienates himself from the JAG regulars.

This is one of the few episodes with scenes shot on location. Should their have been more episodes like this? What other locations would you have liked to see Harm and Mac visit?

[> TV EPISODE MAC'S TRIAL -- Jeannine Stone (SAD), 13:41:24 07/31/16 Sun

I really did not like this episode. I could never figure out how the producer could portray these two people as smart, intelligent and was capable of knowing how to live their lives. That is why, I never could understand why Mac did not resolve her first marriage. She would know better then that. As far as Mic goes, I know that the actor has passed and my comments are only on his acting ability. He seemed to do a lot of snorting, breathing problems, a consistent smile and he had so many dumb things to say that I just did not like him and for Mac to literally surrender her identification to this guy was unacceptable to me. Thank Heavens she got it before she married him, but then poor Harm had to take a deep dive and a very serious swim for her to get it. I loved Jag and never missed an episode, but this series could most certainly bring out emotions that one has without a doubt.

Would some one tell me how to post to get the message on the front page instead of having to open it from my name. I pressed the "Go post a new public message".
I would really appreciate your help.
Jeannine

[> [> Just post your message in the "Message subject" box (top line). You can get quite a bit here, then add your name and hit send. You don't need to go to the box unless you want to post inside or to continue if you run out of room. -- jenks, 09:45:18 08/02/16 Tue

[> I just wondered if anyone here noticed that INSP has skipped several seasons of Jag. Why would they do that and do you think they are going to stop showing the series, -- Jeannine Stone, 10:48:23 08/13/16 Sat

[> [> I find that often happens with many show reruns, not just Jag. They show episodes out of order and often skip seasons or "rearrange," but the real fan knows what's missing. Can be very confusing... -- jenks, 08:56:36 08/15/16 Mon
