Subject: Kind of a strange question, but does anyone remember what happened to Sergei? I remember how Harm found him in Russia, but then I can't remember what happened to him. I know there was the Sergei/Singer storyline - was that planned all along or just a way to introduce NCIS or an unexpected change to storylines that season...? And then did we ever find out what happened to Sergei at the end?

Jade Carter as Sergei Zhukov
The brother of Harm by his fathers Russian Wife. Sergei was not able to obtain US citizenship even with the DNA from Harm’s fathers saliva off old letters kept by Harm’s mother. Harm rescued him from a death sentence pronounced by an arms dealing general but couldn’t keep him from getting "lonely" and going back to Russia when his US citizenship was denied.

[> I always thought that whole thing was nuts - first they should have picked a slightly taller actor. Not necessarily as tall as Harm but taller than Sergei. Second bringing in a brother isn't that hard to do - all the guy needed was a green card not citizenship.
