Subject: Fanfiction question

In most Jag fanfiction Harm has his mom or grandmas engagement ring to be used when he got engaged. Was that something first made up in fiction or was that referred to in the show after so many years and so much fanfiction I cant remember!

All made up in FanFiction -- don't recall a reference to an engagement ring ever from Harm.
