Hey brother calm down and take a deep breath. We're all bummed here and we're no different than other fans, we sometimes believe and see what we want and it may sometimes be through "rose tinted" glasses but that's no reason to jump ship, which is what you almost sound like you're doing with all of the deferences to "your team" and "you will not....."

You're as an impassioned fan as has been on this forum, you speak the truth but like the rest we're flawed and we each have differing points of view.

I was completely bummed when we got clocked by the g-men but I saw by the evidence on the field, in the draft, in the trades, etc., that Walsh was THE MAN. He was tough as nails, yet a scholar...he was the proverbial "wolf in sheep's clothing" He looked like the friendly neighbor but would doze your house over if you tried to mess with his team. He was ruthless and passionate about the game....and he was a winner. The team believed in him and his philosophy, which isn't necessarily the case with Mooch. Mooch plays not to lose or has been for awhile, whereas, Walsh was always looking for a way to tear the other team's throat out. That's the difference as I see it.

In the NFL you need big ones....big brass ones or you get run over like we did yesterday.
