Unkle Kevin,

Did Mariucci and Holmoe work together at Cal? What is Holmoe doing these days?

If the Niners lose this weekend, I can see one of two things happening. Either Mooch gets a contract extension, but is forced to fire some of his assistants. (I'm hoping Mora will be gone) or Mariucci is traded to another team for draft picks and cash. Like Gruden.

However, with only Cinci and Jacksonville jobs available, I don't see this as very likely. Although, Mooch did coach Brunell at Green Bay.

If I had my druthers, I'd like to see Mooch come back, but with a new defensive coordinator.
