You’re wasting your time with CLRG ethics committee. I complained. Got interviewed and then nothing… teacher behaviour has not changed. Until the old school toxic teachers are not in positions of influence it won’t change. Hoping the newer schools starting up, in recent years, can make a real change. Best option - change schools but speak to parents of the new school, observe the behaviours of the students and parents at comps. Get some insights before you move. The most telling is how the teachers treat and interact with children and parents that have left the school. Then you see the true colours. Good luck!
