Different people have different strengths. There isn't one person that is strong in every area. Don't be afraid to use one person for interview, one for modeling, one for talent, etc. And if you don't "click" with someone then try someone else. Deb Sofield might be good for one girl while Sam Rainey works best for another. Same with talent coaches, especially dance.
