Subject: The winner is based on all of those things but if you look at past winners they have all been quite beautiful. I think everyone knows why she won last year . The board is famous for picking people who will not be competitive at nationals . They got it right this year . In sure she will come back and compete at miss and eventually throw enough money in it to win it.
