We salute our current reining Miss SC, you have made us so proud my dear. And we all turn our attention to this year's sisterhood of beauty to see who will become our next Miss SC. I shall watch our current titleholder take her final bows and then moment later will shed tears of joy along with our new monarch as the sparkling crown is placed atop her head. Let us unite as we bid farewell to one who has served us well and faithfully and pledge with our most solemn vow to support and lift up our new Miss SC. From the upcountry to the low country and every place in between let us in one voice pay tribute to our current Miss SC and let nothing but sweet pearls of praise fall from our lips when we reverently say the name of the young lady who will grace us with her beauty, grace and charm in the coming year.
