[> Subject: Work on talent and interview. Read daily, know what is going on in the world and be able to address controversial issues. Talent is still a major portion of the score and this is what separates competitors. Work DAILY on talent. Gown and physical fitness are easy and should be "give me's". Be sure and wear an age appropriate gown for a teen. DON'T look like a Miss and DO NOT go for a sexy look as it will fail.

[> Subject: Start with doing a push up challenge so she can build her upper body strength. Every year the physical fitness routine has them doing push ups. Interview and OSQ prep with mock interviews and talking points about her platform. Entertaiment value in the talent. You do not have to be the strongest dancer but you do need to be entertaining. Choreography and music selection are very important. Singer should sing teen appropriate songs in their vocal range.
