Subject: Georgia's picture quality was awful this year, and South Carolina and other states I've paid for in the past (including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Nebraska) have been worth the price for the quality of the stream and the pricing. SC has had some problems with freezing up in the past but I hope they will not have those issues this year.
