 Gabriel laughed loudly. He was genuinly fond of this spunky young man. He reached out an overly large hand and stroked the purring Gwen. ::Fear not tiny liren, for I like you boy.::

"Boy... You tiny "pet" has more manners and far more sense than you do. As you see..." He lifted her and cuddled her into his arms. "She is happy, content and well fed. Where you are being a very poor guest within my camp."

Gabriel gently sat the happy if nervous Gwen down and smiled. "No, the cat is free to coma and go as she sees fit. I'll not be placing any of my..." He looked to Jeff and tilted his head mockingly. "...evil cold hearted restictions on her. My fight is only with you."

"That being said, lets you and I get a few things straight right now." Gabriel reached out and gently took ahold of the boy's neck. With a firm yet gentle hold he led the struggling boy to the tent flap. "As you can see I have a few other guests within my camp tonight. If you feel you cannot keep your tongue from offending any of them then I invite you to remain with in the tent."

He looked down at the boy and frown seriously. "I do not tolarate rudeness from anyone. Least of all when the barer of the rudeness is a young female who does not deserve such unkind words."

"Second," He let go of the boy and pointed to the untouched portion of food. "Rio and I hunt to feed any who shelter here. I'll not have the food wasted. If you do not wish to eat that is your choice. I'll not force you to do so. But have the good manners to tell me so that someone else within this camp might eat it instead."

Gabriel sat down and leaned back against his bed. "Lets see. What else do I need to tell you? Ohhh yes... Alexis. I did not twist her mind into doing anything. That female is almost as bad as you are when it comes to not listening. If I had the ability to force her to do my bidding she would be safe at home with her Jehan and Jehanna, but she has chosen to travel with me out of some commitment to you. So do me at least one favor and take it easy on the child." Serious eyes bore into the boy. "She does not deserve such bad treatment from the likes of you!"

Rio trotted into the tent and nudged Gwen with her nose. Then she flopped down next to Gabriel and looked at Jeff. ::Well then Gwen. Is my warrior making a lasting impression on your boy? He should be. For a man as young as he is he thinks it is actully his destiny in life to protect those smaller and weaker than himself.::

She looked up to Gab and smiled a wolfish grin. ::Silly man won't even eat until everyone else with in his... clan has eaten their fill.::

Gabriel absently petted Rio. A tiny smile on his face. "I'll tell you one more thing as well young Jeff. My name is very fitting for me." He laughed quietly as he shook his head. "I am no more a demon as you are. I am nothing more than a man who our creator has seen fit to give special gifts to."

Gabriel leaned forward and smiled. His yellow eyes gleemed with hidden knowledge. "And perhaps one of the most important gifts my creator has given me is you and those four females outside."
