 Nashota nodded once softly. "Then let's go. We were looking for an adventure." She shrugged slightly as she made her way down the river and toward the cave. "I guess we got ourselves one."

She peered into the darkness of the cave and heaved a sigh. "Let it never be said that Jellicle's don't know how to help people. Hello there? Can you hear me? My sister and I have come to help!"

Monet looked up from his tender care of Gwen and nodded once. His great golden eyes filled with a tired sort of wisdom. ::Come in friend Jellicles. I am Monet. Lir to Alexis. And this...:: He gently nudged the wounded Gwen. ::This is Gwenneveiver. Lir to the boy the Cheysuli hunts. She has been seriously wounded my friends. By magic of what source I know not.::

He looked to them helplessly. ::Please... You must do what you can to save her or the boy might very well die reguardless of the Cheysuli's help.::

Alexis stared coldly at Gabriel's form as it appeared from the shaddows before them. Cheysuli she might be, but she simply did not like the way most of them treated others. As if normal men were below the Cheysuli simply becasue they lacked the gifts!

Her icy glare briefly met the yellow beast eyes of the warrior and she knew that this Cheysuli would be like that. His dismissive glace at her before he turned to Jeff told her as much. He dismissed her because she was a female. And females, even Cheysuli females, did not have any power. Unless you counted breeding.

"Shapechanger" She hissed between clenched teeth.

Gabriel merely smiled slightly before looking deeply into Jeffs frightened gaze. "I'm sorry Jeff." he spoke softly. "But you have no choice. You will be coming with me to my camp. And I'll hear no more about it."

He glanced cooly at Alexis and waved an idle hand. "Bring the girl if you must, but you ARE coming with me!"
