See I have proof that Spencer is an addict. He was in rehab and he wrote me a letter, plus he has been arrested for drugs and has a felony charge for carrying a concealed weapon. He is on parole. He hasn't paid anything for over a year as well. What did the judge say to him not giving you any money for the kids?
Plus he found out about the court date from the internet.
=( Says he will be there although this is a default case and is between the judge and me. He said he wants to listen and is ready to face his consequences. I'm absolutely sure he will show up in a suit. Don't they all? Since living with Bernie and those other guys, he has started dressing just like them. He wears their clothes and their shoes even their jewelry. It's pretty weird. He picked up their identity and their lives instead of finding himself. It's pretty strange really. I mean seriously, he is them remade. Really weird but not my problem although I do know how people move on in life, what will happen when they all move on from how things are now, where will Spencer go and what will become of him. Who knows, I am just trying to learn to live for today.
ANyhow, Spencer has been using our son's entire life, and I have the proof and I hope the judge makes sure my son is safe. In thinking this morning, there is also times of abuse on my little boy where I had to step in and tell him not to ever touch my little boy again. When he gets frustrated at my son, he would pull him by the ear or by the hair and one day I came home and my boy had a belt bruise all the way down his leg. I was pissed and he was told by me to not ever lay a hand on my son. His words"he is my son too and I will discipline him the way I choose" See Spencer was abused bad as a boy and that is also why I am afraid for my little boy cause his dad already showed the pattern. When he was a baby he got upset because of soemthing and threw him on the bed. I cannot believe the things my mind has blocked out. It's nuts.
Please tell me what you think and I know each judge is different, but what do you think the judge might say in my case.
