following the T300 price debate, I must say that i find it incredible that trappers are generally undervalued on price regardless of model. my T500 has beaten other 26/27/28/30 footers with very similar PY numbers many times.I dont use a spinnaker and we are only two crew!. We have been able to comfortably complete club cruises where other similar boats, supposedly worth 2,3,4 times mine have had to turn back or seek boltholes and its not just seamanship, they sail more efficiently, pointing brilliantly, better motion, heavy enough not to be knocked off course or broached every 2 minutes as the lighter boats do in anything more than a 'Slight', yet light enough to give excellent pace and with better accomodation and layout than most 30/32 footers. I certainly wouldnt part with less than 20K if I were to sell, and even then, what would i get for that which can compare?? its about time we all held out for more realistic values, drive the prices up, sell privately and sod the broker and his 8%! (flippin 'eck, think i better have a lay down.) Trap on..
