Just a couple things to point out:

1. A survey was done last year through e-mail to all registered Willoughby Station members, and it was 2:1 in favor of researching the feasibility of a club house. Many residents said absolutely as long as HOA dues are not effected.

2. A committee was put together to research if it was feasible and what costs would be. We are only looking to see if a small building could be build, without any impact to HOA dues, and without any debt within the next couple years.

So relax, because before anything like this could go any further, we would need to hold a HOA meeting and have the majority of the Membership (all the homeowners) vote in favor. No need to panic.
