Apparently PHPBB has an affiliate host as well, fairly decent packages, and the board software is free.

I'm poking around to see if I can find their TOS at the moment...

Gave 'em a phone call, asked 'em about hosting a board like this, they have _no_ problem with hosting an R/NC-17-rated board (according to the guy I spoke with)

TOS guidelines (for those who can't see PDFs) can't be copied and pasted, lemme try and reproduce it. No worrisome clauses barring one "obscene" material clause, which we should check up on again before anything, but I called the people and checked.
