Of all the stated rules -- even the ones barring "obscene" and "threatening" material -- this one is the most damaging. This means that there is no way for us to complain about service, so they can TOSs GAFF at any time with no repercussions.

Just want to reiterate that, while bandwidth and space are large concerns for GAFF, the single most important factor in looking for a permanent home is the Agreement compliance with GAFF material. After that, bandwidth and space can always be negotiated, but Agreements cannot.
