i'm assumeing she is just talking about being really sore from the class? right? not like she pulled a muscle or got hurt? well, if she's just sore, there is not alot she can do about it, maybe take asprin or something like that, might help her. the next time she does the class you won't be near as sore, because her muscles will be more used to it, and it will probably get better every time she does it. if it is that she is just sore, not alot you can do, you could try stretching, and rubbing the area, there are a few other things, but most things won't have a big affect on the soreness.
