Yeah. It's got so bad that they're not only willing to put other people in harm's way (I think people like that have always been around, unfortunately), but I have never known, up until recently, some people willing to put themselves at risk, by refusing to wear a face cover while in a crowded place, to make some kind of political score and "own the libs". The thing is, this isn't about liberals. It's some on the right who have made this a perceived "liberal thing". But if you were to ask anyone a year ago across a spectrum of political views if they'd wear a face mask to help slow and end the spread of a nasty virus, most would probably say yes, and some would say no, and the left/right division would probably be minimal. I know of, unfortunately, people on both the left and the right who oppose vaccinations. But since Trump spoke out against them, more and more people on the right now all of a sudden thing vaccines are bad.

We all know what a virus is, how it transmits and spreads, that they can kill, and that we're not immune, nor are our loved ones, but everything's so political these days that common sense goes to the backseat. It's tragic that politics can make a difference in something serious like a pandemic. You'd think a government, left or right, or centrist would each want to stamp out the pandemic and move on from it, and that's been true in some countries. But not in others.
