Subject: The Long Walk (Stephen King) movie adaption.

I read this one a long, long time ago when I was about the same age as the characters in the book.

It was written by Stephen King when he was himself a dystopian teen. Though, he never released it because he didn't think it was good enough, until he was convinced to by his wife.

It's about a group of teens who volunteer for "The Long Walk", in a game of win all or lose everything.

The only one I recognize in the cast is Roman Griffin Davis, Who played Jojo in Jojo Rabbit (one of my favourite movies released this side of the millennium).

Stephen King has one condition to allowing this adaption.
"Make it violent".

He didn't want them to cut out any of the violent parts, because they're important to the movie.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm looking forward to.

Here's the trailer.
