Date Posted: Saturday, March 22, 12:51:34am In reply to: syd Young 's message, "Most boring port" on Sunday, March 16, 01:02:46pm Anyone ever get to Porti [think that's the spelling] in the Black Sea? Was there in the late 50s. Now that was a boring place. Couldn't even get a drink of Vodka, as we were not allowed to have their currency. Took some photos coming into port. Russian solders came aboard and had us all on deck while they went through the cabins. Ripped all the film out of cameras. Happy to sail. Den.
