Subject: New Cozy Mystery authof

Have to put in a plug for another friend of mine

her first book in a new cozy mysteries series clueless cook mysteries has just been released.

it's called.... Liver Let Die - LOL.

love that title - but here's my bragging rights - my name - first and last is in the acknowledments!! how fun is that - finally got my name in print!! LOL

if you're wondering what cozy mystery is verses regular mystery- think Murder She Wrote -

the heroine can't be a professional sleuth - no cops = detectives etc. In this case she writes a food column even though she can't cook. The books have to be G/ PG rated. No gruesome murder scenes just stumbling over dead bodies.

anyone out there a mystery or cozy mystery reader?

[> I so love cozy mysteries - Joanne Fluke's Hannah Swensen owner of the Cookie Jar,Laura Childs Tea Shop Mysteries set in Charleston SC and Cynthia Baxter Reigning Cats & Dogs (she's a Vet on Long Island) and her Murder Packs a Suitcase mysteries are just a few of my favorite authors. Is her book available on Amazon? -- kleigh, 23:11:53 10/06/11 Thu [1]

[> I'm a great mystery reader. Started out as a little girl reading Nancy Drew and the Dana Girls. Yes, I'm really old! LOL! I'm going to try some of the books you guys have suggested. I'm usually hard core mystery, but I feel like something light and amusing. Thanks for the suggestions. -- Cathy F., 00:24:42 10/11/11 Tue [1]
