I'm a Brit and I'll give you the answers but if its wrong you will need to give the sentence the word is in.
Git - rotter/ rat normally used as "you old git"
Jumper - sweater many different styles ie v neck jumper etc
Snipes - depends on context but usually its someone makes unflattering comments about another individual ie Joanne continue her snipes at jack
Snoggle - is one of those words where I need the sentence, technically snoggle isn't a word. It has been used as a merging of snog (French kiss) and snuggle (cuddle) or dogs toy with a treat dispencer
