Subject: Do you think last night's Grey's was necessary, that it added anything for us?

[> Well, I'm still confused. I mean, I know these episodes are about revealing the depth of the tragedy of the plane crash, but it seems a little hard to follow. -- Dancer - I am all for an "alternate timeline" when it enhances a story. But does this enhance it?, 03:01:29 10/06/12 Sat [1]

[> I was totally confused until quite a long way into the story. Usually, time line altering is affective as it reveals the incidents gradually. It works particularly well with mysteries. I'm not so sure it was affective here at all, particularly with all the jumping about. Still, it filled in a lot of gaps. I'm ticked off that I got my hopes up again, thinking Mark was going to make it after all. Kind of a mean trick, letting him die twice, so to speak. -- Cece, 04:36:51 10/06/12 Sat [1]

[> I am like many - liked and disliked it. I was really wanting to see and hope we will see the folks at Mercy when they found out the plane had crashed. I mean all of them were at the Oregon hospital and why did Baily have baby Grey? I also would have liked a little more of pre-healed. now I did like the drama that will surround Arizona, Carev and Calli. I mean she hates the guy already because she was in the crash and injured her leg, he cut it off. -- DOS....I would also like to have seen the newbies start. There is alot of flash back stuff here if done correcty but I fear it wont be done., 20:21:59 10/08/12 Mon [1]

[> [> I think we'll see Callie break down eventually. She made the decision to amputate, though Alex did the actual cutting. Also, Callie has lost a very close friend, former lover, and her baby's father. Her wife is going through a horrible trauma, and is going to be unforgiving for a long time. Also, she may have botched the surgery on Derick's hand. Everything was going perfectly until Alex interrupted her, and she had to make a terrible decision. If you recall, Derick's hand failed him during the op that came later. So there'll be guilt and a loss of confidance there, I imagine. -- Cece, 16:24:47 10/09/12 Tue [1]
