Subject: I was totally confused until quite a long way into the story. Usually, time line altering is affective as it reveals the incidents gradually. It works particularly well with mysteries. I'm not so sure it was affective here at all, particularly with all the jumping about. Still, it filled in a lot of gaps. I'm ticked off that I got my hopes up again, thinking Mark was going to make it after all. Kind of a mean trick, letting him die twice, so to speak.
