Subject: My favorite Christmas movie used to be the 1947 version of Miracle on 34th Street, but I watched It's a Wonderful Life for the first time a few years ago, and now my DH and I watch it together and cry every year, so it's my new favorite.

[> I am also a fan of old movies and love "Christmas in Conneticut". Also "Holiday Inn", "White Christmas","The Bishop's Wife" (original with Cary Grant) & "Miracle on 34th Street" (original made in 1947 w/ Natalie Wood). I also love the "Charlie Brown Christmas" and "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas' (cartoon w/ Boris Karloff not the movie although that is ok it is not a must see). And it goes without saying "Holiday Affair" with DJE. -- kleigh, 00:14:06 12/02/11 Fri [1]
