Subject: I just wanted to say I'm tired of reruns! What do you do instead of watching reruns? Books, movies, cook, meditate, exercise? I'm off for two weeks and need some ideas!

[> Movies, Facebook, chores. Basically, no new eps of my shows means I might actually come close to getting a decent amount of sleep at night. Well, almost. -- JAG Junkie (Ronda), 19:15:00 12/19/11 Mon [1]

[> I don't even watch tv anymore, so I find myself without a predicament in this case. However, I remember the days when I *did* watch tv regularly, and there were re-runs to deal with, I think I would have just watched the re-run if no one gave me a hard time about it. My DH would usually say, "you don't need to watch this one again, do you?" in that "are you really going to waste your time" voice. Well, actually, honey, I don't *need* to but I *want* to. Don't let it bother you so much LOL -- The Chief, 23:31:34 12/19/11 Mon [1]

[> I read labels on stuff in the huge supermarkets when I'm stateside! I also bake, go for walks, watch clips of Conan and Saturday Night Live (watch 'Red Flag' -- it's hilarious!!!!), window shop, tweet, and pray. -- mj, 08:40:57 12/20/11 Tue [1]

[> Actually, I just surf the TV for something interesting. That's when I get to see something I might not even have given a hoot about. There are other interesting programs that can take the place of the "regulars." I get tired of Christmas shows, too, believe it or not. -- jenks, 09:09:32 12/20/11 Tue [1]

[> I have become addicted to my new android phone and the fact it has Kindle on it. Been reading books. I have done pretty good at not getting hooked on new shows after what they did to JAG and a few other favs of mine. NCIS, CSI and Greys Anatomy is all I watch now. Get some books, a warm cup of hot chocolate and read. -- DOS, 09:16:08 12/21/11 Wed [1]

[> I'm an avid reader so I can always read! I also sew, embroidery. But, if I feel like TV, I can watch reruns. I watch Pawn Stars, History channel 1 & 2, Rissioli and Isles, Leaverage. I don't watch Christmas movies much because they are all basiclly the same. -- Cathy F., 10:57:13 12/21/11 Wed [1]

[> I watch very little TV. We enjoy driving around and looking at Christmas lights right now. One of the best things to do right now if you have free time is to volunteer at your local food pantry, free meal, homeless shelter, animal shelter, etc. I enjoy pulling out DVDs of old TV shows and watching those. And of course, watching Harm and JAG is always fun! -- Araninda, 10:09:44 12/22/11 Thu [1]

[> Actually, that's why I like my DVR so much. I can record shows I know I don't have time for now and come back them in times like these when I need some fun. "White Collar," "Royal Pains," almost any shows in the USA family are good company during rerun season. -- Dancer - who's also negotiating her way through "HP and Deathly Hallows," too., 03:02:11 12/24/11 Sat [1]
