He let out a soft breath and gazed at her for a moment, just taking in the view of her beautiful body lit up by the fireplaces illumination. "So beautiful, love." He murmured outloud after a moment before he moved closer and then honored her request by shrugging out of his shirt and then padding in his sock clad feet to head over to the chair. Easily, he lifted her up into his arms and then sat back down with her in his lap, his strong arms going firmly around her. What are ye lookin' at, lass? She seemed a little sad, maybe a bit stressed and he wasn't sure what was causing those emotions unless they were because of her incoming heat. Pursing his lips, he sent out a question to his brother. Dane, was Bree irritable...er..more irratable then usual before she went into her season? He shifted a little get her shifted more comfortably in his lap, his eyes soft as he gazed over her shoulder at the book. The way she had tipped back made it hard to see what it was she was reading so he just shrugged it off and waited for her to tell him. It was rare he got so impatient that he couldn't just wait patiently for an answer. Between him and his brother, he was the one blessed with that virtue - Dane had as much patience as a chain smoker waiting for his next cigarette. Tis nay so cold in here at least with the fire going. Ye should feel lucky that Dane didn't drag yer arse outside also. I am sure he could have found something that he believed ye could help his lass with. Dane had been enlisting everyone's help in finding out what Bree's powers consisted of. Until, of course, his wee mate should the first sign of being either tired or aroused. Then, everyone was banished and the two disappeared for hours.
