Again, you are implying your own opinion rather than law. (you could have been a juror) Second, is he supposed to question himself on the stand? Do you know he filled a motion for ineffective assistance of counsel before the trial started? His defense counsel didn't so much as call him in the months before the trial. Do you think he was prepared to examine his witness with little to no knowledge of the case? Counsel also was adamant about Dan NOT testifying. So, what institution taught you that a prosecutor can bring criminal charges against writings that never physically threatened anyone and against someone who was never even told to stop writing?
