Dan was innocent until PROVEN guilty. He was. He had the opportunity to defend himself, he did not. He refused to testify in his own trial. For a man of conviction and many words I truely believe if Dan believed in his case he would have tried to sway the jury. Criminal is beyond a shadow of doubt. Proven. Civil has nothing to do ith this case...see grand jury. Your last statement bears no logic at all. Just as I think that because you can does not mean you should I also believe that just because you can not do does not mean you should not try. Coomon sense tells you the difference.
