One of Penn State's top targets is set to decide, as Pittsburgh (Pa.) Baldwin offensive lineman Sterling Jenkins will announce on Tuesday per Mike Vukovcan of KDKA. The Top247 tackle will broadcast his decision on KDKA TV Sports at 6 with Bob Pompeani.

The 6-foot-8, 305-pound Jenkins is down to Penn State and Ohio State. He will visit Penn State on Monday, and the 247Sports Crystal Ball is overwhelmingly in favor of the Nittany Lions.

Jenkins is the No. 94 prospect in the country according to 247Sports. He is the No. 11 offensive tackle nationally and the No. 2 player in Pennsylvania.
