We researched a decent amount and did one that is operated by the state of KS. It can be used anywhere in the country but it had better expense ratios and portfolio options than some of the larger institutional firms. Money comes out via DD the 1st of every month.

To be honest, most of them are the same for the most part. Chances are you won't find too many differences from plan to plan so like I said above, we picked one w/ an easy online interface that offered the lowest expense ratios.
