Date Posted: 12:39:57 05/07/12 Mon I had NetFlix for all of 1 month, dumped it, and haven't used it since. The DVD's I want I usually get on a whim via RedBox when I am with Rena. Most other times I don't have time to watch DVD's; I can't even find the time to watch some of the shows I have DVR'ed. Heaves, I am very happy for you and your potential renting situation, but I want to make sure I am reading this right: - He pays almost our entire mortgage during the rental period - Do you mean your monthly mortgage or your entire loan amount? I am assuming the former. - He pays whatever the value of the home is at the time of purchase less what he has already paid? - I am surprised he agreed to you raising the price of the home every year given "appreciation". What if your market doesn't appreciate? Do you still get to raise the price? Are you basically just talking about increasing the rent every year? If not, how retarded is this guy to agree to an assumption that the housing market will go up every year? (no offense) Just looking for a little clarification as all, as a landlord that is curious...
